Becoming an AANAC member: To become and AANAC member and take advantage of the reduced registration rate, sign up online at www.aanac.org/. You must provide an AANAC member number to receive the discounted rate. You do not have to be an AANAC member to complete the program.
Refunds & Substitutions: Registration can be done online, by mail or by fax. EIA does not accept phone registrations. Changes, substitutions, or cancellations MUST be written and faxed, mailed to EIA no later than 7 days prior to this seminar. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued after this time. Substitutions may be made at any time for persons unable to attend. No refunds will be given to individuals who fail to show up for the seminar. A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for cancellations. A fee of $25 will be charged for all returned checks or incorrect credit card information.

About the AANAC RAC-CT Program
How the Certification Program Works:
To be eligible to become RAC-CT® Certified (Resident Assessment Coordinator - Certified®) an individual must:
- Be a clinician/professional involved in the RAI process.
- Complete 10 AANAC courses, of which 7 are required as the core curriculum:
- MDS 3.0 Coding for OBRA and PPS (Day 1)
- OBRA Timing and Scheduling (Day 2)
- PPS Timing and Scheduling (Day 2)
- RUG-IV (Day 2)
- CAAs (Day 2)
- Introduction to Medicare Part A (Day 3)
- Care Planning (Day 3)
The 3 electives for this workshop are:
- Accurately Assessing Functional Status (Day 1)
- Five-Star Quality Rating System (Day 3)
- Accurately Assessing Pain and the MDS 3.0 (Day 3)
