Meeting Registration
Complete the online registration form by April 22 to secure the early bird registration fee.
Please stop by the registration booth during the posted hours to pick up your conference materials. Conference name badges must be worn for admission to all conference events, including educational sessions, meal functions, social events, and the Trade Show.
Session handouts, if applicable, will be available for downloading on this Web site prior to and shortly after the conference. If handouts are not made available online, speakers may choose to bring them on site.
Location of Sessions and Events
All events and sessions will be held at the Renaissance Austin.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations MUST be received in writing at the TAHSA office postmarked on or before April 29. A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. NO refunds will be issued after April 29. Substitutions may be made in writing at any time for persons unable to attend. NO refunds will be given to those who fail to show up for the meeting.
For Your Comfort
Staff does their best to provide a comfortable climate for the meeting; however, sometimes it is warmer or cooler than you prefer. Please layer your clothing or bring a sweater or light jacket with you to the sessions. Also, we ask everyone to please turn off cell phones during sessions.
Attire
Casual attire is recommended throughout the conference with the exception of Tuesday's Annual Banquet, which is semiformal.
