Staying Motivated
Posted: July 10, 2014

A few years ago, I was asked to respond to a couple of questions from an association trade magazine. How do I stay motivated/passionate/engaged at my job?  And what do I do to ensure that I am excited about coming to work everyday and keeping my own expectations high?
I thought it would be good to share my perspective and invite you to share yours via Facebook & Twitter.

There are multiple factors that I would say keep me motivated and passionate, and I put them into three general categories: Staying connected, being grounded and maintaining a balanced life.
